Klonopin+Mg?

Posted by Franz on March 10, 2007, at 9:20:56

Yesterday I took 0.125 mg clonazepam at night but also some magnesium and zinc. I have tried it before and I think it works better than clonazepam alone, like it does not lower mood.

It can be purely subjective and there may be other factors (like more sun today).

Searching for K+Mg interaction I found this.

For CFS "Dr. Cheney most frequently prescribes the combination of Klonopin and Doxepin, along with the supplement "Magnesium Glycinate Forte."

Maybe K+Mg potentiates and lowers the excitatory threshold?.

I hope this is not redirected because I am talking about K+Mg not Mg alone.

Thanks.
