weight loss

Hey everyone :)
I have gone from being annorexic to being quite fat because of meds and I want to lose this weight. I dont know what to do really. Ive started Xenical but I was wondering if there is anything else over the counter that I could try? I dont want to take prescription diet pills as I have a heart condtion and I dont want to mess up my heart. Oh yea I weigh 96kg (212 pounds)!!!!!
I'm a big fat f*ck :(
