Thank you for your reply as I didn't think many would reply. It is very frustrating. Today I felt ok until I ate lunch and then felt "weird" all day. I am going to up the dose from 12.5 to 25 tonight and hope it will last until later in the day. What a crap shot this is. Thanks again
