Dose it matter what time of the day u take Nardil?

SLS said he takes it mourning and afternoon,
I tried doing that but kept forgetting if I had taken it or not.
Do you reckon it matters if I take it all in the mourning (90mg) aslong as it dosn't give me a sore gut?
Or is there benefits to taking it twice a day.
Nardil dosn't seemto stimulate or sedate me.
