thanks for the replies
I use the Adderall to combat some serious attention deficit issues and lack of energy (like barely being able to stay awake 2 hours after I wake up).I've used Klon on and off, that's helped a bit.
The CPAP face guard I use covers both my nose and mouth (for me this guard has worked a lot better than the nose guard due to my mouth being open the whole night, usually breathe with nose and mouth at night)
the CPAP could be interferring with sleep, when I don't use it (this has been only a few times, as I've pretty much been on the CPAP for about 4 months straight) I sleep for about 8 to 10 hours. When I use it I sleep for about 6 to 8 hours (usually average 7 hours).
When I put the blasted mask on at night and start the CPAP up, the damn thing wakes me up more than puts me to sleep at times! This most likely occurs due to getting more oxygen to the brain (sometimes throughout the day I bet you I don't breathe for 30 to 45 seconds at a time as I am in deep concentration, maybe more).
Ah, been on Adderall for about 2 years. Tried all the stims, from Concerta to Desoxyn and back to Adderall. I actually use a generic form of Adderall (manufactured by Barr), and it is so less harsh than the Shire brand form..... so so less harsh, that I could actually come down from my Lexapro dose at 10 mgs to 5 mgs and my OCD even got better. Lexapro has definitely screwed my sleep up, has me waking up at least once a night every 3 to 4 hours the past 2 years straight.
thanks all
