Phillipa do you take thyroid meds and if so at night? Maybe taking it at night could be too stimulating for sleep? Maybe taking it in the morning would give you more energy then.

Also, a friend of mine's doctor told her that she needs to take her thyroid meds on an empty stomach and without any other meds. Just a thought. Peace...Saturn.
