Well I would venture to say that since I had the same head feeling with cymbalta second time around and didn't trust the pdoc that it may have been severe anxiety. Just a guess as I think thats what happened to me too new doc new location and didn't like him. Love Phillipa ps sounds like your blood pressure was low if head down between your knees.
