In reply to gaba-b agonism and nmda antagonism alike?, posted by iforgotmypassword on February 12, 2007, at 6:41:42

Your reference to GABA-B caught my eye.

What about GABA-B ANtagonism?

Saegis/Novartis apparently is in Phase II trials of such a drug, currently called SGS-742, for ADHD.

I can't find *any* other information on it (I have even called them to no avail). Might anyone have *any* info regarding this?
