Is Lithium 'curing' my Adderal crashes?

Before I was on Lithium, I could not take stimulants, especially and other short acting ones...because I'd have a horrible crash when they wore off...sometimes almost 3, 4 hours...ever since I've been on lithium, I can take it again, and I don't notice it at all (maybe very little, but before it was AWFUL. Could Lithium be helping this?
