I've heard that some facial treatments such as mud masks or something like that might help...What you want is something that will draw the sebum out of your pores before they get infected...
I've heard that accutane works well but I don't know if they use that anymore...It shrinks the sweat glands..I would go to a dermatologist if it's bad because systic acne can cause scars...
