I don't like mood stablizers but i have to take

Posted by Livehappy on January 21, 2007, at 20:02:28

I am on Zyprexa 5mg. I did have a small hypomanic episode when i didnt take it, it felt wonderful, but at the same time i looked at my eyes in the mirror they looked red. I was a bit irrtible and irritated. But i felt good. I finally took it that night, it went away. Slowly.

Prozac i would say is the best SSRI for me, i have been on Zoloft, Paxil (omg) im scared it, Wellbutrin which made me have nerves go to the limit [even thought that it actually is a dopamine levelizer) i never went manic on wellbutrin.

Prozac i would say is the main one that causes mania for me. But it is a works so much, i feel energized, a warm feeling, talkive, but you know there always bad days, we always have bad days.

Psychostimulants such amphetamine, dextroamphetamine are good for a "tempoary" period of time, like for 3-4 hours.

Prozac lasts all day.

But i still feel i will skeptical of it in the future.

Zyprexa does make me feel sane sometimes, when i am going overboard.

How really do you know if you bi-poler, i mean i have sudden mood changes, well not exactly but i can make myself go manic. Through thought process.

Thats is how i know when i am manic because my thoughts begin to rise and get excited and stay up and do things.

Hap.
