You are absolutely sure and your doctor has done a full AIMS exam? I've never heard back from this but I believe you. I remember the video posting from before as well, so I trust you and do feel for you -- dont take me wrong -- and your doctor's judgment but an AIMS exam would establish some level of what is exactly going on.

Hydergine has not been proven as a treatment, and should never be taken with other ergots. It can make you dizzy and a number of other things but if your doctor wishes to attempt it, I suppose that is up to him or her. It is noted below as some agents that haven't been terribly successful unfortunately:

As for Vitamin E, the problem is more with internal bleeding in the body.

Only do this with your doctor -- yes, its safe for a short period of time, but normally the limit is 400 IU prophylactically for neuroprotectiveness if that works at all. I choose to take it for that, some studies recently cited issues again, of bleeding and other such things, but in a young individual with less potential of internal bleeding, it probably doesn't matter. At any rate it wasn't a concern at that level with my doctor.

I am aware of these studies and I wish you luck.

There is also Nitoman / Xenazine (tetrabenazine) that has been used and did get some results at Baylor College at the expense of pseudoparkinsonim (shaky hands, etc.)

-- be well
