focalin dosing, SE's

I've been on the 20mg Focalin XR about a week now. I have enough energy during the day, but on 2 or 3 of those days, I have become very sleepy at 8pm. Could this be focalin related? I'm really not sure. I suppose I should watch how things go over the next week or two, and that will help me to figure out if it's related or not. I'm wondering if others have had this happen and if that's why some people take a dose later in the day.
