have you had any sleep difficulties taking the methyphenidate so late in the day?
I'm pretty sure I tried taking effexor at one time with my stims and think it worked fairly well. I just couldn't tolerate the side effects of effexor. I had immediate anaorgasmia and lived in terror of weight gain LOL
I've also wondered about supplementing the focalin with something later in the day but I'm looking into EMSAM as well
that you can say 'life is good' speaks volumes... good luck on holding that thought. I hope it lasts forever for you!!!! :)

lilith> Hi....The focalin XR is working really well for me. I am currently taking 20mg in the morning followed by 10mg of methylphinadate at 3:00pm and again at 6:00pm. Also I might mention that I take 75 mg. of effexor XR in the morning. This combination seems to be working real well for me. My Doctor did up the focalin XR to 30 mg a day hear a while back with only one of the 10 mg of methylphinadate in the evening but I didn't like the effects of that combination at all. It made me feel nervous and "geeky" if you know what I mean.
