Yes topamax is used for weight gain from antidepressant usage. It just seems to make people less hungry and food does not taste as good. I don't know how it works. The effective dosage for weight loss is between 100 -200 milligrams but some have reported loss of appetite with as low as 25 milligrams. As for tremors it could possibly help as it is an epilepsy drug first. Depends what is causing the tremors.
