Hi NF

PhEur stands for European Pharmacopoeia. It is similar to USP. Although the British Pharmacopoeia (BP) is still in use, the European Pharmacopoeia is now a lot more important.

>What do you know about EEC?

I think it's referring to the European Union Directives on excipients.
