Depends on where you buy it...
Latest update: I've quit Tianeptine all together now. A few days later my extreme hypersensitivity level dropped back to 'normal hypersensitivity'.
I think it's fair to give a warning to people who are interested in trying this AD out. If your dopamine level is within range, Tianeptine could make you awfully anxious - even to a degree of becomming paranoid. I've certainly had my share of frightful episodes these last months...
