I would add hypergraphia to your symptoms (-:

I would start with a benzodiazepine - Klonopin or Valium or Ativan. You seem like in a mixed state and it's hard to recommend anything else. Just take enough BDZs to sleep and enough to keep you anxiety to a minimum + stop your thought racing. That should do for the very short term.
