Thanks for the advice. I would never break the capsule and mix the contents in juice or whatever, that's not how it's supposed to be done. I'm going to take 37.5mg of effexor until saturday. Then on Sat. I will take one 30mg. Cymbalta while I'm at work. I'd feel a lot safer taking it at work for the first time because I work at a hospital. I will keep you posted on how I do.
