From personal experience, reports from others here and I think at least one study: OTC sprays with oxymetazoline (and probably xylometazoline) are safe for use with MAOIs. They would probably be even safer with EMSAM at low doses.

Prescription steroid sprays are safe.

Decongestant sprays with phenylephrine, oral decongestants with phenylephrine (eg, Sudafed PE) and decongestants with pseudoephedrine (eg, original Sudafed) are not safe and should be avoided.
