Prozac does work for me

I hated Prozac at 20mg.
40mg was a new world, i feel new, fresh, i dont know why. But it also makes me a living reck if i am having a stressed day, i react diffrent. But it seems to buff my personality, but that could be just a placebo effect.
Who else is ok here with Prozac?
