I...wouldn't. Stims can be combined with MAOis, but the dose must be lowered and heartrate and blood-pressure carefully monitored. Fine. Adding Amisulpride to the mix complicates everything more--those are three dopaminergic meds you're already taking.

Who's to know what the effect would be, with all the interactions that are going on already, but I wouldn't add modafinil on top of that. On top of everything, MAOis are still dangerous drugs. Maybe the present combination just needs time to work?

As I understand it, modafinil + MAOi is a preferred combination among practitioners to stimulant + MAOi. Perhaps replacing the ritalin with provigil would be a safer idea than adding them on top of one another?
