> Thanks Jay but I've always needed more than the average amount of sleep. In high school one day a week I skipped school to sleep til noon. And graduation night when all night out was allowed I wanted to go home and to be in bed asleep at 2 am. Now the light is being switched off then. In my case working 3-ll for l5 years which I love felt I had two days in one. Accustomed me to the later bedtime and waking time. Love Phillipa

I've needed for a while more than the average sleep (9-9.5 is decent). Depression and anxiety interfere with these rhythms too so its not surprising. Nothing out of the ordinary.
