propriety vs generic names

Does anyone out there have a list or know of a site that has a list of the generic names of the various psyciatric drugs and their propriety names in different countries? I'm having a terrible time figuring out what meds posters are talking about since the same thing is known by many different names. It's almost like learning several different languages at the same time.
