I personally experienced fatigue on both Nardil and Parnate that never let up whatsoever (for me). I think (thought) adding provigil is/was a good idea, my pdoc wouldn't do it for me either. BUT,,, my brother was taking provigil for daytime fatigue and he shared some with me, unfortunately even at high dose it didn't help. Nardil and Parnate are great antidepressents, but for me the side effects were untolerable. Sorry i couldn't be more positive.
