That is an unconventional dose. I hope it is working for you since it must be annoying to wear more than one patch.
Questions...
1.) Is your insuror paying for it since it is a new drug, which is not even on the formulary of most payors. Even if it were, they would deny anything above the recommended doses of 6-12 mg/24 hrs.At $500 per box of 30 patches, the cost for that dosage would be prohibitive for most of us.
2.) Do you get samples from you pdoc?
3.) Is the oral form of selegilene mentioned as an option since wearing so many patches must be annoying? You must be running out of places to put them. Skin reactions to the patch is the most common SE listed on the package insert.
I'm sure I'll have other questions later. I'm just astonished at that dose! You may want to start another thread so others can hear how you are doing.
