I've often wondered if my Cortisol levels are to high?
Logically I would have thought that high cortisol levels would cause anxiety. It appears however that the relationship between Cortisol and Anxiety is not so straight forward as I thought.
Post Traumatic Stress disorder is associated with low Cortisol levels, although I'm not quite sure why!So the bottom line is:
Firstly were can I go in the UK to get my Cortisol levels tested?
Assuming my Cortisol levels are to high, what can be done about it.I know Remeron lowers Cortisol, and some supplements and herbs can also be effective.....
