Can I donate unused Mmedication??

I have an un-opened (factory sealed by Wyeth) bottle of Effexor XR (75mg) (90 capsules, EXP 2/09). Is there anyway of donating this unused medication? Does anyone know of any companies, organizations, or websites that offer such a service? I would hate to throw it out :(
