Lukeds, Yohimbe is a mild MAOI and would very likely react dangerously with Anafranil. Anafranil and MAOIs are absolutely contraindicated.
Sometimes dopamine agonists can help sexual anhedonia. Marty on here has experience with cabergoline, a drug used to treat Parkinson's disease and has found it very effective. You're unlikely you could get a pdoc to prescribe it, but perhaps Marty would be able to give you some advice?
Wellbutrin has been found effective in reversing some SSRI induced sexual dysfunction but this may not work with Anafranil and may even be agitating and over-stimulating since both drugs have NA reuptake properties.
How are you finding the Anafranil generally? It has been on my list to try for a while, but I was concerned about sexual side effects too. Is it stimulating/sedating? Does it help you sleep?
Good luck.
