i imagine the abilify could help its just...atypical antipsychotics are still very much antipsychotics. There's tardive dyskinesia to worry about, and neuroleptic malignancy syndrome, and tardive dysphrenia, so one and so forth.

I just dont see why a non-neuroleptic mood stabilizer can't be used, or even something like BuSpar (which kind of operates like a low-dose atypical anyway).
