MAOs are proteins which job is to 'recycle' the monoamine like serotonin, DA, NE .. I propose that the 'production' of those proteins in depressed human is less active compared with 'normal' human because there's no need for the same level .. because there's much less monoamines to 'recycle' in depressed human... what about that theory ? :PMarty
