Describe the irritation -- is it skin crawling and makes you want to move? Then its akathisia and there are various things for that, propranolol, or anticholinergics like Akineton, Artane, and Cogentin (more sedating than the prior).

If its something else, probably have to have a better description, may not be able to answer.
