I'm sorry you're having trouble.
Aside from Phillipa's question, about any other possible culprits -- which is a good one -- my questions would generally be about what your doctor is doing about this? Is your doctor discussing options for weight control with you? Nutritional counseling? Medications like Topomax which may help you get some medication induced weight off? Meridia, which might boost the antidepressant effects of Wellbutrin as well as helping with weight loss? Metformin? Anything?
This is my little soapbox, so please forgive me for indulging in it: if your doctor is just telling you, "It's simple -- don't eat so much, and exercise more," it's time to get yourself another doctor. That's such a common attitude in doctors -- and it's WRONG! So many of these drugs cause weight gain, and diet and exercise JUST PLAIN FLAT OUT DO NOT WORK. It's not your "fault" if you're gaining weight on meds. And your doctor can -- and should! -- help you with it.
Good luck.
