Stable on my meds. No more depression. Anxiety is manageable. Therapy is tolerable. I can get my work done. Nothing upstairs holding me back. I can do this.
Pdoc wants to see me one more time before I'm on "long-term management plan"
yippee-doo! I've almost graduated!
just a little refresher-
6 mos ago. severe depression
5 mos ago. my very first psych meds
2 mos ago. depersonalization/dissociating crisisright now? no crazier than the average person, and a whole lot more tolerant.
PEOPLE- you can do it.
Psycho-Babble helped me every step of my recovery.
And the medications I'm now on-
120mg cymbalta
200mg provigil (+200 prn)
.5mg klonopin (prn)
300mg seroquelThe side effects? When I started, they were wicked. Now, they're mostly gone, or at least tolerable (dilated pupils, afternoon grogginess).
Tschüssi!
