You would likely not have them without your knowledge unless you have a preexisting seizure disorder or you're taking sky high Wellbutrin or the like without benzodiazepines.
I assume the excessive daytime sleep is probably a part of sleep apnea. Do you use a CPAP?Flonase has been illustrated in children to slow obstructive sleep apnea.
I assume you've considered uvulectomy and palatine surgery among other more invasive options.
Sleep apnea is also exacerbated by weight and I have had much fewer incidents of daytime uvular enlargement (partially obstructive but annoying) with weight loss.
