If your mind is focused on thoughts of all you 'feel you should do', or 'want to do', and the depression and anxiety are preventing you from doing so (Bonus; You get to feel guilty too!), think benzo would be helpful. Maybe you are fearful it would cause fatigue. Maybe just lorazepam to take the edge off.
