Hi butternut,
yes, I think if you were so sensitive to wellbutrin that you got an extensive rash after only 2 doses-- well, it may continue to flare up until you clear the last of it after a few days.

I get itchy rashes pretty often- I'm really allergic to poison ivy, and also mango (which is somehow related to poison ivy??). I also got a really bad rash the one time I ever took more than one tablet of St. Johns Wort. It was all over my neck(the WORST) chest, torso and thighs. ugh.

Took about 5 days to clear up.

In the meanwhile- cool showers. You can try bathing with Aveeno or other oatmeal bath products. Something in oats is supposed to be soothing for rashes- perhaps it's an anti-histamine?.

Wear gloves or mittens if you find that you're scratching in your sleep. At one point during the SJW rash incident, I remember having to borrow my husbands fluticasone (prescription steroid cream) and just put a few dabs on my neck and inner elbows.

Hope it clears up FAST.

-Li
