What about other meds?

Are the meds like anti psychotics and antidepressant ...do they give off a sense of euphoria like xanax or ativan does? I know anti psychotics like seroquel depresses the nervous system...I just dont want to have to put up wtih that sense I had that experience with the ativan and it really did me in....can anyone tell me if they have an the euphoria with any of the medications? I need something to really calm my thoughts ....to make it easier to be more relaxed..but they are going to he hesitant to wha it is that they can use...
