I am new to medication, didn't take vitamins before either.
Told my docs that I prefer to set a limit of two meds. That I prefer to try alternatives, am willing to do whatever I need in order to avoid more medication, want to take responsibility in my recovery. As long it isn't harmful, no additional - less might be more for me.At this I need to take my dog for a run to avoid the need to add blood pressure meds :)
