Anyone in B.C. Canada access abilify?

Hi, I've got a friend with OCD who did extremely well on abilify. It's only available in canada through the Special Access Program... I was wondering if anyone on here knew of a doctor in B.C., (greater Vancouver) that was willing to perscribe abilify...
