Strange Side Effects on Effexor XR

Has anyone else noticed an increase in compulsive behaviors on this med? I decreased my dose because at 150mg I was continuously picking my cuticles, biting my nails, and other little nasty habits I have. Just curious if anyone else has these side effects.
