Med question on Flu Shots

Does everyone here get a flu shot? They are giving them out free at various locations. But with the past history of gulliane barre(sp) I don't know whether to get one. Frankly I'm scared. I got one last year but my mental health was much, much better. What is the flu outlook this year? Thanks, Love Phillipa
