Okay- yes, pdoc told me that many people take up to 800mg. That's why I'm asking the board :) Thanks for responding.

haha that sounds like the time when I accidentally took 200mg provigil at bedtime and wondered why I was dancing in bed all night long.

I'm sorry you're fighting a rare disorder. That sounds really difficult. I definitely appreciate the low risk of TD from . My uncle had schizophrenia and developed the full-blown TD in the early 80's (well, he died before he became completley catatonic). Grandmother had Parkinson's
> But back to business.. yes, over time you get used to the fatigue, but from what I've learned, taking the Seroquel as early as possible in the late evening is better, like 45-60 minutes from when you actually want to go to sleep at least, which pushes the half life back so you're not as groggy in the morning. You'll still be somewhat groggy, though.

Zyprexa would be a perfect drug for me if it didn't cause pseudoparkinsonism and didn't carry nearly the massive weight issue that Seroquel doesn't do as much.

I'm okay, except for getting up in the am. today it took 1 hour to get out of bed. Once I was up- I was up. coffee and provigil save the day.
