But actually "stage fright" issues, if you do not have heart problems, are frequently solved by a dose of the beta-blocker propranolol. I would just test this if you decide that in advance to see that you don't feel faint. The only advantage with a beta blocker over a benzodiazepine is that you may have more mental clarity. You want to remember facts and be engaged in the conversation in an interview
