Prilosec does have P450 interactions, including with Valium.

I've taken Zantac 150 recently, maybe due to a virus, maybe to anxiety and it does help for upset stomach due to acid reflux.

Any antacid or H2 blocker or the like should probably not be taken around (hour or two) the actual time that a particular psychiatric medication is taken unless one is sure there is no interaction as it may cut down the absorption rate of the medication.
