Had the chest pains checked out with my internal medicine doc and no problems found there. All symptoms go away at 50mg. I don't know if the Lamictal truly continues to have any benefit as I have the Topamax added to it. I did feel initial benefit from the Lamictal though.
I don't mind adding more Topamax because I had a great month there but the sleepiness is another huge factor. I can't even imagine functioning with double the Topamax in my system. I am totally willing to give it a chance if I'm not going to have to up my dose to infinity but I just don't know how to address the issue of non functionality during the day.
Any ideas there? Do you think Provigil is an option?
