Bummer that light therapy didn't work for you. It's very helpful for me if I'm diligent about using it every day. For me I also need to try to use it at roughly the same time every morning. That makes weekends a bit of a drag as I have to get up earlier than I'd like. As much as I hate that, it's really better for my sleep patterns and overall mood if I am consistent with sleep/wake patterns, though.

I use both the Apollo Go-lite, which is blue light, and a 10K lux, full spectrum lamp depending on what I'm doing and what room I'm in when I "put in my lamp time". The Go-lite is so much more portable, I tend to use that most. If blue light didn't work for you under recommended useage, you might try a full spectrum lamp.
