Exactly, I wasn't arguing. There are always unreported "Phase IV" issues. The FDA encourages drug reports and I'm sure EMEA does too, but not everything gets reported, for a variety of reasons, including that people still want a medication on the market for their symptoms even if the side effects are unpleasant as it is the only thing out there. (Just a guess.)
