Why view it in the perjorative as "drugs" unless I'm misinterpreting that you're abusing street substances. FDA approved medication is medication, whether its psychotropic substances or the chemotherapy someone is taking. It just further self-pathologizes your condition and doesn't to me seem to say I'm strong because I'm getting help and I'm taking medication along with doing other things in my life to get back to where I want to be. At least that's how I would view it.
