I have panic disorder and it sounds like symptoms I've had. With panic, there is an almost constant fear of fainting, since there is so much light-headedness. I asked a friend of mine, who is a therapist, if people do actually faint from anxiety (or just think they are going to-I knew that was very, very common) and he said he had several clients that would pass out several times a day (I didn't find that comforting, BTW :>})

So, another vote for panic under emotionally stressful circumstances (maybe your bp drops). As was wisely said, see the doc for the small chance it might be something else. Best of luck!
